I had my first custom IEM made, and after using it for a few hours, I am a little disappointed that the feeling of wearing it depends on your physical condition, so if your ears become swollen, you may not be able to use it.
However, I understand that this cannot be helped because I understand that this is a product with such specifications.
As for the latter, I feel that custom IEMs are great because you can hear the sound more delicately than with universals, and you can create the faceplate design to your liking.
