If we confirmed that the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs and replace the unit for you.
- How to Make a Return:
We're sorry your purchase didn't work out for you. To make a return, please first contact with Hisenior customer support and please follow the below checklist:
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
- If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed as well.
- The product should be packed in the original product box.
- When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue.
- Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as EMS, FedEx or DHLetc. We recommend EMS service by local POST.
- We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us when purchasing your own shipping labels. Sometimes things get damaged in shipping, and if that happens, we want you to be covered.

As the Custom in ear monitor is special item which is handcrafted according to your ear shapes, your selected shell faceplate and can’t re-sale, therefore, the return or exchange policy is not supported for custom in ear monitor.
All Hisenior In-ear monitors are under 2-years official factory warranty, and 30-days free refit service for custom in ear monitors, any defect or problems happens to our IEMs related will get solved properly.
