I received my t4 customs and I was completely blown away. Sound was so good! Tested the individual setting and it was all quite satisfying. The people at assist me throughout the process were super helpful and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The whole experience was very pleasant. I had my first custom IEM made, and after using it for a few hours, I am a little disappointed that the feeling of wearing it depends on your physical condition, so if your ears become swollen, you may not be able to use it.
However, I understand that this cannot be helped because I understand that this is a product with such specifications.
As for the latter, I feel that custom IEMs are great because you can hear the sound more delicately than with universals, and you can create the faceplate design to your liking.
